I read somewhere that players were in weight room ,working out in flip flops. So seeing this transformation in 1 year is amazing. Seeing our team limp to the end of seasons and games was so frustrating. Thanks for this thread, donk thanks for savage post!!!

I dont know if he is ever going to be athletic but if we can get him down to 330ish, that size is still gargantuan.

Hell he could be a Fridge or Mount Cody on goal line at NT/DT if nothing else.

This is why Miami does not scare me on 8/31 at all. These guys are putting in some serious work. Miami are dancing after “workouts”. We may not out talent some teams but we sure as hell going to outwork them.

Uh ... that is just dumb. That is Savage's job. I am sure he has assistants helping him. Any S&C guy/team worth anything plans for, adjusts for and accounts for performance and recovery.

EDIT: not calling you dumb

How many meetings are allowed with this HRV expert and the players and how much time does it take away from other football activities? Whether UF hires someone for this position or not, they do a pretty good job with its athletes from where I sit.

Sounds like a great idea and we should have them.
