I heard this morning that this pair of shoes has been used all year, generally they change them out every few games. Surely Nike would give them as many as he or they want.

Anyone remember Gator player Brent Wright who had a similar Nike shoe blow out in 2001? He injured his foot and later sued Nike for limiting his ability to play and earn money as a pro. I don't know how the suit ended, but assume some precedent was set by his case.

Yes he was a very good player on a good Gator team in 2000-2001. If I recall the injury affected his playing time in the tournament.
