I assume that the comment was late in a game that GA was losing. This is a common tactic for announcers to try and comfort viewers watching. They do it in the fourth quarter of football games all the time.

The way he's recruited the last two years. The difficult switching defense that gets tons of compliments by fellow BB experts. The inbounds plays that are considered some of the best in the game... It's time to give White some credit and space to work his plan. Gainesville, with its lackadaisical basketball fans and a stadium that averages about 9K shouldn't expect a winner every freakin season. We're not BlueBloods.
