Wow Stokes with his first ever dunk at UF! Hayes was a monster inside and as Mick Hubert was saying on the radio that he should have gone to the ft line about 12 times as he was hacked all game long. Mick also commented that this was one of the WORST reffing jobs he has EVER seen. UK shot 21 more fts than UF, certainly home cooking all the way. He said if the Refs call the game even then the Gators would have won by 10+ points because we were winning the inside battle and actually outscored UK inside by 10 points. Hayes finishing off his senior season in a good way for him averaging 10 points and 6 rebounds the last 10 games. Hayes the ONLY UF player to have 60 blocks in 3 straight seasons and is #2 on the all time UF block shot list surprisingly doing it mostly by heart and hustle.

When has Mick Hubert ever been anything but a typical homer announcer? That is only the second reason why I quit listening to him years ago. I can't follow the ball or the action in any game he is calling. I have no problem with an announcer wanting a team to win, but doing so at the detriment of doing your job, which is to paint the picture so that a fan can "see" the game thru the radio, is not doing your job IMO. Between Mick, Gene DICKmeOFF and Joe Zagackie, the big 3 Florida schools have the worst radio announcers as a group that you could possibly imagine.

You can argue that plateaus are going to happen, but you can't remain there this long, not at this venue. The excuses are wearing thin.

White either produces better next season or he needs to be gone.

As for me, I think it's a bummer that White has the responsibility to coach those 2019-2020 stars. High chance that he'll regress them.??

BTW, Hayes lead all scorers (UK players included) with 19 points. A real coach would have built an inside game with Hayes averaging 14 ppg.? How can we see Stokes' determined moves & touch and yet say there's nothing that could be developed there? Ride those 'bigs' in practices. Only accept profitable results = that's developing players.

I hate lebron james.

We're NIT bound.

Me too.

LeBron is the only athlete I know, other than Ric Flair, to declare himself the greatest of all time.
Couple that with the fact that he seems to think that his high school education qualifies him as a political commentator.

The man redefines arrogant. I am truly enjoying his pain in LA.

Painful Season. We'll all be glad when it's over. Judgement on Mike White to be withheld until another season of evidence is gathered.... But then what? We don't just snap our fingers and become elite again... we may never reach the mountaintop again.... give White a chance.

Give White a chance, but that's a lower mountain.

@FireFoley not only knows how to outcoach Sully, Mullen and White, but he’s an even better play-by-play guy than Mick Hubert.

Is there anything this guy can’t do?!?

Since nobody else did, I will answer my own question.
The reason is that we have become such a race sensitive country that people are afraid to say they hate a black player because they will be labeled a racist.
This started about 8-9 years ago. I will let you figure out for yourself who caused this to happen

Perhaps because of this, but also they are way too emotional if they really "hate" any player. Now I greatly dislike some of their activities, mostly bad ones that some do off the court, but hate is way too emotional for me to apply.

Try watching Duke and NC and see what having players does to what is possible. It was in many ways a great game even with two Duke starters injured.

Correct Chief. Teams everywhere (even outside the Top-20) are being taught how to correctly play speedy, balanced basketball. And even in smaller schools, the BBall IQ shows. Players improve, not just through the years but also as one season advances. Their coach's template assures development --- or coaches don't last.
