1st gear all the way baby! That's a 32% power output increase over the current ZR1, which is pretty insane. I'm not sure how to fathom that kind of G-force. Chassis bend may be the least of the new standalone Corvette brand's concerns.
Recall what happened to Paul Walker and his buddy in 2013. Most non-professionals have no business getting behind the wheel of a car that powerful.
Well leave it to Government Motors to over create a new mouse trap, make it fugly, send a few "stock unicorns" to R&T and MT to publish banner performance numbers which still take a professional driver with aftermarket tires and a team of professional tuners to accomplish. Then they'll over produce in number of units leaving their dealers with 2 and 3 year old new ZR1's which they have to unload at 40-45K under MSRP to get off their floor plan....You can literally buy 2017 & 2018 new ZR1's right now at huge discounts and their new ZL1LE Camaros are a sales nightmare, butt a$$ ugly and getting beat at the track and strip by modded Mustang GT's and GT350's despite RT & MT's "performance times"....one day GM will learn or maybe not. That's a 32% power output increase over the current ZR1, which is pretty insane.
