Multiple events; beam, vault, floor, etc. It's like swimmer that does the 100, 200, relay, etc. Or a track star that does the 100, 400, relays, etc.

And since none of them would have any chance of doing what she did they should carefully look at the process that she used, that is what she talked about and what is so important.

Alex worked her ass off to become one of the best Gator athletes of all time. Coaches can speak and motivate, but when you hear that from a fellow Gator great that should motivate you like nothing else. I love that Mullen did that and hope he continues to do this sort of speaking arrangements.

Mullen is bringing back a standard that I was afraid had disappeared from our beloved University as it has from society in general.
