Oh ... I dunno ... maybe because the whole innocent until proven guilty cuts both ways and your jumps to conclusions without any facts kinda is a big bowl of hypocritical douchebaggery?

How so?

Think of the word quixotic (Don Quixote).

I'll admit, not until your post did I connect those two words. I always pronounced Quixote as Key-HO-tey and quixotic as Kwi-x-otic (like exotic). So, we should say someone is waxing Key-HO-tik?

No, your pronunciation is correct. Quixotic is English pronunciation and (Don) Quixote is Spanish pronunciation.

Well, I'm not a lawyer; my parents were married. However, I think the legal presumption of innocence places the burden of proof on the prosecution and the jury must find guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt." We, as the public, are not bound by any such presumption. God judges the heart but I certainly can judge actions. A young man with two scantily clad young women in his room at 0200 isn't innocent. Just sayin'.

This thread is headed towards a title IX infraction for everyone who has participated.

On that note ... I profess that if you haven't been told to stop once consensual activities begin, then you probably have a small weewee.
My wife still tells me to stop dang near every time

And the 2 scantily clad women in a room of 3 athletes at 2am are not looking for something consensual...AND did not press charges?...just sayin

Remember the Duke Lacrosse Case?

Not saying he is guilty, just not innocent.

AGREED

And why I said neither of them should have put themselves in that position.

And for these Athletes there is way too much to lose.

But the NCAA in its infinite wisdom says Athletes need to be with the Student Body and not separated. Coaches are somehow supposed to control this?

No doubt pot and or alcohol were a factor here but to me it all comes down ( no pun intended) to the point she told him to stop.
Did she tell him to stop after insertion, thats hard for a 19 year old to do (again no pun intended) or did she see big boy and got scared and told him to stop.
According to a recent poll at least 50 percent of college kids are sexual active so what happened here is probably not uncommon at all. Bottom line is don't put yourself in that situation to start with.

FWIW, As a father of a 17 yo (yes, leaning to UF college of Engineering), she is barely awake by noon most days when not in school and doesn't think staying up well past 2 AM to be a big deal. All kids are like this...do I want her going to a guys dorm at 2 AM? hell no, but that's not "late" by today's standards.
