Sadly, Butters will have new facilities at CMU before he would have had he stayed at UF.

***Construction on the Chippewa Champions Alumni Center, CMU's $32 million facility in the north end of Kelly/Shorts Stadium, began immediately after spring practice last month. In his final post-practice speech to the team, McElwain actually told players to clean out their lockers. The program now operates in trailers west of the stadium that contain locker rooms, an athletic training area, coaches' offices and more.***

CMU is going to build Butterteeth a football facility faster than he would have gotten one here.

I just posted this (didn't see this). What an absolute disaster our AD's office is.

Charlie Weis' agent belongs in the Hall of Fame.

I've said this multiple times, but Weis, Muschamp, and Lane Kiffin should co-write a book on how to scam major college football programs out of millions of dollars. They probably don't have 100 wins between them!

Foley knew better than the rest of us about plucking plumbs from beneath a rock.
He seems more like the kinda fella who'd plumb a rosebud behind the barn.

Same agent as Mullinz.

And every other SEC HC.

Hey,

I work in the food industry and it takes a lot of effort to successfully market a new product, ESPECIALLY Hot Sauce or BBQ Sauce. Have you seen the competition? (Market is saturated)

The trouble is, Butters MacShark does not understand the definition of SPECIAL: Recruits, Strength and Conditioning, Special Teams or Condiments.

Most fitting line in the story:

“McElwain didn't have every assistant hopscotching the country in January to salvage the recruiting class.”
Im sure he didn't.

If there was a list of the biggest frauds, perpetrated by a head coach on a D-1 football program, Butters at UF has to be in the top three. I can not think of any worse. Anyone have a suggestion that beats this lame a$$ slug?

Taggelwain is top 10... but he has a losing record when they hired him so his track record was clear. it's hard to say that anyone made more money off one above-average year and a terrible career otherwise.

Burp Bielema- probably top 3.

Charlie Weis top 10 or maybe even top five, though I guess there's only so much to be expected at Kansas.

who am I forgeting?

I'd say Kiffin worked Toothless over pretty well, but Butters-level fraud? Not so sure about that.

Charlie Weis, hands down.

I've said before, Weis, Muschamp and Kiffin should co-write a book on how to get over on college ADs.
