No. Ive tried many cases and gotten many convictions forcing the victim to the stand. Plus just because two wont cooperate doesnt mean the others wont.

Judges in FL have gotten in deep sh*t for forcing domestic violence victims to the stand and now its almost unheard of for the State to even try it though they will sometimes try to sucker them into thinking they can make them testify. I think FL has rules against it. Generally here without a video showing that type of crime you aren't getting any conviction without the victim willing to take the stand if the charged person won't plea to the charge.

You are the frickin idiot as usual moron. It may not be part of the statutes in FL but the FL Supreme Court has publicly reprimanded Judges for sanctioning domestic violence and/or rape victims that failed to respond to subpoenas from the state.

Ask lawyers here in FL what will happen with the case 99% chance if that victim truly refuses to testify and the abuser won't plea to the charge.

You are the same idiot lawyer that didn't know the difference in a federal and state civil case on some issues.

Thank the heaven's above that Coach Mullen denied Jalon Jones request to transfer rooms to get away from Steele. Otherwise that rape would have never been stopped by Jones and Hill!!!
