I don’t think he filed a lawsuit. I think he filed a complaint with the police and they called it battery.

Ok, I thought it was he filed a complaint, as in the document that is filed to initiate a lawsuit lol. I thought he may have filed one once he heard Perine had charges dropped.

After watching the video, that driver should be the one charged. Those guys suck and need to be held accountable.

That is what I saw as well. There was a battery committed but it wasn’t by Perine. Wouldn’t it be interesting if Perine turned the tables on the driver and filed charges?
