The data says its no longer a priority. We had 7 top 5 classes from 2002 - 2013. That's seven in twelve years, or more often than not. Since 2013, we've had six straight classes out of the top 5 and its looking like 2020 will make it seven straight. Pathetic.

I know first hand how good university admins are at supplying themselves with hefty raises and golden parachutes while letting so many other things go to seed.

Dan and Scott need some very hard questions thrown at them on this issue at the quarterback club meetings.
Of course they’ll just talk in circles about it but jeez, they at least need to know we see their BS.
If it’s all staff gaps and gaffes no wonder Braun bailed.
Kirby might not be a good game day coach but UGA has put the full package of facilities, staff, scouting and recruiting in order and the whole product is selling itself the way Dan thought UF would. He needs to accelerate his learning curve or he’s going to hit his ceiling soon and begin to lose the support and patience of what remains of this school’s passionate fanbase. Now whether that matters to the admins who want us to be more like duke and less like Bama remains to be seen.
Competitive mediocrity might be their play and 21st century Gators might just settle for it.
