Ok, when they first showed Dubs you could see the Eastern Airlines Jet approaching the Gainseville Airport. That is the direction it came from to land. Im guessing this was early 70s maybe. Here is my point. I was in that area one day watching it come in and something started falling from it. I watched it for a few minutes and it landed in front of a house/business right on 13th st a few blocks south of Dubs. I picked it up and it was a wheel cover off the jet. Called the airport and they came and got it. NEVER should have let it go.
