Seems to me that Urban closed: not successfully, but he closed and presumably moved on. Isn't one of the criticisms of the present staff that they fail to close and thereby lose Plan B's that we could use?

In his illustrious career against UF(3 games), Garcia threw for a total of 370 yards, 1TD, and 3 INTs.

So yes, Meyer wins again.

I might be convinced to believe Urban said something along those lines, but the rest of that story is bullshyt. No way his friends sat in “stunned silence” and no way he replied that way.
