I wax my gobbler at least once a weekI waxed a nice gobbler last Thursday morning. I don’t fish much until Spring Gobbler is over either.
Nice, I was there this week as well. I think I saw that boat Wed when we were running back in. Saw a black pirate flag and was wondering if that was a chatter flag. We spent most of our time about two miles north of grassy island on sponge point near the 2nd bird rack. A lot of moss and spiral grass. The numbers were way down this year, but the ones we got in this area were really big.Cooking some dogs at Grassy Islandafter a hard day of scalloping.
It was probably us we were down there 8 days. I agree scalloping was defiantly down this year. Thinking about taking my SCUBA gear down and trying the deep water and see whats out in about 6-10 foot.Nice, I was there this week as well. I think I saw that boat Wed when we were running back in.
