Finally, possibly square to make you people happy. Still doesn't look as cheap as ours of course.

Lol, you're trying to turn this into Vacation House for Free. It's all builder's grade crap. Whether you slice it into squares or lay big swatches, it's all the same.

The carpet isn't the issue. It's the Spartan looking lockers and the tight quarters.

I think it's a space issue. I probably need to see more pics, but our locker room looks small by comparison.

Yes ... its all an issue but you can make some small spaces look nice or you can make some small spaces look like Motel 6.

Its a done deal. This is it. We are living with it for two decades no doubt. And it is wasnt even cheap.

I fully expect the football facility if it is ever built ("one year away" in 2015) to be just as .... helpful to recruiting.

The truth is it doesnt matter. Id like to see us go all out (relatively) in facilities, assistant coaches and recruiting staff to help a weak recruiting HC... but it is done regardless. He lives and dies with the class he landed last Feb who will be the heart of the team in his year four, following what will no doubt be a dicey year 3.

Instead we are slow rolling and cheap assing facilities just as everyone should have expected and the next coach and next will AD be just as handcuffed.

Foley is still in the house and still ensuring everything is done in the Foley way. We will still be talking rebuild in 2023-25 for those who havent given up. Im not even sure that giving up wasnt the plan from the beginning.

I want you to pause at 0:22 and look at the Bama flooring being marveled at.

That's $1.49 Silk White ceramic tile from Floor & Decor. Bama got it for $1.09 plus tax and installation. And, yes, I saw painted cinder blocks in the vid, too.

I'm waiting to hear back from the SID on the cost of the carpet squares.

That’s also not the locker room. It’s more like the Heavener Complex. Their locker room floor looks like this...

What is that on the premier locker room floor in all of football?
