The under-50 crowd doesn't get it. They can't. They're too young to know or remember how much of a traditional rival Miami is. It goes way back in our history.
Just as important, the logic. When we go down to Joe Robbie/Pro Player/Hard Rock and kick their ass, guess who's going to be paying extra attention? South Florida.
Didn't I hear someone here recently lament about our recruiting in that area? Wake the eff up.

This I do like a lot. Fvkk Clowntown. I'd alternate with USF too. Neutral site for directional schools of course.

I was being facetious...but we should schedule better and Miami isn’t it...good for recruiting but honestly it’s a crap game that’s gonna make us look terrible when they’re not on par with the good ACC schools...or even worse if we can’t get over this curse they seem to have on us

Clemson -- three
Ohio State -- two
Georgia -- five
Redirect three or four of those athletes who haven't spent jail time for felonies to Gainesville and see what happens.
I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of times over the last six months you've whined over us not winning the recruiting battle in Florida.
There it is in black and white. Defend marginalizing that.

So.... your theory is that the reason w cant cant recruit is bc we havent played a game in south Fla? What about central or north Florida?
I guess it isnt Mullinz fault he recruits like Cowbell or Kintucky.... he hasnt had a game in Orlando or Tampa either.

My comment taken out of context was that playing in the heart of South Florida gives us a chance to showcase in South Florida.

I was at the last game we played here and I have never seen such an advantage used by the home field team.
Land Shark Stadium (my favorite name for it other than Joe Robbie Stadium) has an NFL/Rolling Stones grade sound system that pretty much squelches the opposition's band, the cheering, the cussing, or whatever. They put our band in the nose bleed section and I swear I never heard them except for a squeek the entire time.The sound pressure levels of the subwoofers is 4X as loud as my neighbor's kid's car!
If we were anywhere else, I think we would have won that game.
