In an article this morning, Will Sammon basically says Jonathan Greenard will be playing DT at times this year. For the love of all things football, why? Who else does this? I don’t see bama or UGly or Climson playing 265 pound rush ends at DT.

This was good to read. Hopefully, we see it on the field. From Sammon,

Slaton worked mostly at nose during preseason camp instead of at three-technique. Versatility should help him, but the progress others said he made with finishing plays and work ethic is more important. Slaton is a visual learner, and he said it took him a while to grasp why certain plays were being called out of defenses in Grantham’s scheme.

“But I pretty much got it now,” he said.

I think Zuniga played there some on passing downs. Might have got half of his sacks that way going against Guards at times. I think that was happening anyway if I remember correctly. No way should it ever happen on anything but clear passing downs .

Miami has about as much of a chance of beating us as this dancing azz-clown does of becoming a World-Famous Rapper.

Miami's depth chart - except for having inexperienced freshman at the O line Tackle spots and at QB the rest of the lineup doesn't look that bad. Inexperience at those 3 positions will be hard for them to overcome however.

#Gators head coach Dan Mullen says he expects everybody to play on Saturday- apart from those that have season-ending injury: David Reese (the younger reese) and CJ McWilliams.

It’s not so much the players themselves that worries me. It’s more their coordinators, specifically on offense, that I don’t know much about. Like, for instance, is there anything they like to do with the passing game that could pose a problem for us. I’m just not sure if we should be concerned or not, you know?

The C doesn't have much experience and was not highly rated. The RG was highly rated but played only half the year at RT last year.

The rest of the team looks ok though. But new offense, unproven QB, questionable line, midget wrs....should spell trouble.

1. I didn't know they were so small at receiver. 5'9 and 5'10? Yikes!

2. That is a very young o-line with a 2 star true freshman starting at LT.

3. They are tiny at the CB opposite Blades. I'd line up Grimes against him and throw deep as much as I could.

4. While their LBs are good, they are undersized except for Shaq. We'll be able to take advantage of that.
