While I'm optimistic about the new tracks this is exactly what they said about Irma two years ago..
It would actually take a Herculean effort to dig down to the level of dork, cainething, 2222, etc, to reach the record-level stupid that's been witnessed on this board. Which means your statement quoted above is closer to that level than what Ox said. Just something to consider...People say a lot of stupid stuff on this board. This would’ve been near the top.
In what way? You know there are people out there that honestly believe the military builds quality structures? Maybe I’m a little more sensitive to it because I work in this industry and have literally heard people say what he posted. It would actually take a Herculean effort to dig down to the level of dork, cainething, 2222, etc, to reach the record-level stupid that's been witnessed on this board. If I have to explain it, the joke failed. I'll do better next time.In what way? You know there are people out there that honestly believe the military builds quality structures? And FTR, Seabees are known for fixing what the Marines started I’ve seen some really interesting marine “creativity” in my time.
Get the surfboards out boys!Don't be shocked if this thing ticks back west a bit, and at very least comes closer to the Florida coastline than current tracks suggest.
There are a few models bringing it back west some.
This turn is going to be somewhat unpredictable on where it will happen, and just how sharply it will turn. Even a slight change westward will make a big difference with the strength this thing will still have.
Have you shuttered your windows yet?I frickin love hurricanes.

In reading this I can almost feel you hoping for it, that Florida is completely trashed by it. It's sick.Don't be shocked if this thing ticks back west a bit, and at very least comes closer to the Florida coastline than current tracks suggest.
