My Golden Chief friend has told me they are being contacted to find 10,000 who will donate $17,000 over the next five years to buy out his $17 million.

Should not be a problem as I hear the guy is one heckuva fundraiser. Here he is hard at work raising the cash

Are you implying that the 'semis cant do simple math. 1.7 x 10^4 X 10^4 = $1.7 x 10^8. If the buyout is that order of magnitude they're never going to get rid of Willie.

FSU in shambles - still kicking our azz on the recruiting trail. What does that say about us?
I think it says you dont understand recruiting.

They have an uneven class, bolstered by DBs and skill players, no legit lineman to speak about, and have 4 more signees than us. They have a lower star rating according to the composite.

They arent kicking our ass and to say that is just wrong.

Ha. You're correct. Make it $1,000 or 1700 chiefs. Was just repeating what he said. My bad.

On another site, the FSU fans are drooling over Mark Stoops. I actually like Mark Stoops but for some reason, FSU fans are mistaking Mark for Bob Stoops.:scratchhead: Some of them actually believe they're a bigger and better program, than Kentucky. One of them says they can outspend UK.:rolleyes3::rotfl: At least the UK fans actually fill their football stadium whether they suck or not.

Any chance they can land Lane Kiffin?

I'm spinning from that spin. I don't care if they're not balancing their class. For a team that is in shambles we shouldn't be behind them in recruiting.
But I'll wait for all those silent recruits to commit before I pass judgment.

You losers just like losing /Law

Taggart is a better recruiter than CDM; CDM is a better coach than Taggart.

As an aside he relates to recruits better on the whole and he’s selling the idea of dancing and not practicing hard...most (immature) kids don’t care about a real coach and team it’s a free ride w a great DJ

What's funny is they think half those coaches would leave a better program to come to them. I just can't wait because this is a Tennessee type coach search waiting to happen and the fan base will be split between those loyal to Taggert because of you know and those that want him gone.

Corey Clark brought up some good points on the latest Warchant podcast,

1. Whose idea was it to switch to the 3-4?

2. If your plan was to run a 3-4, why hire a DC that has no experience in that scheme?

3. If you truly believe a 3-4 best fits your talent, why scrap it after just 2 weeks for another scheme you haven’t even run in practice?

The point? wiLLLLLLLLie has no idea what he is doing. Everything is in chaos.

That’s a lot of burgers and fries they’re going to have to serve in the next five years.

So I just listened to it and wow. The players themselves doubt everything they are doing. Total shambles.

I knew during the VT game they were winning 3-5 games and called it then (search my post history), and I’m in the books now at saying it could be even worse (2-4 wins)

As it stands right now, I agree with you. 2-3 wins left on that schedule. And I don’t know how you rally the troops. They could out-athlete a few teams more than that, but that seems iffy.

The surprise for me is their defense being completely unable to stop the run vs. 2 group of six programs. I knew the OL would suck and the offense would suffer.

It’s not just that they lost and barely won, it’s the total 2nd half collapse in both games. Completely erodes trust at every level. That is who they are.

Yeah, right. Like there’s 10,000 nulls that could scrape up $17k.
:bwahaha:
