Actually this to me is the great imponderable about this season. The NCAA has moved the 3 point line from 20' 9" to international line of 22' 1.75". Some 3 point shooters will not be affected by this much, but for a few it will be a foot too far.

Jeez Insti, the NCAA is making these boys have to shoot a shot from a spot they've never tried before. That's going to make for a season full of sloppy shots. Rebounders become more important. Glad White got the space eaters when he did. Ball handling. quick-reflex driving becomes dominant---like basketball used to be played. How about moving the free-throw line closer?

The issue is that some players have a limit. Remember Alex Tyus was a good intermediate shooter maybe out to 15 or 16 feet. He was not a 3 point shooter at UF. The further out they move the 3 point line, the more players will not be consistent 3 point shooters.

I KNOW you are excited about this team. Pat Dooley even brought them up at the gator club meeting.
IF I am white Im asking a few of the 04s to come talk about team chemistry and shttt like that..........If he can play 10 of them
and push the ball and play tough Def we are gonna have some fun watching them.

Mike White said something in his presser today I found interesting. When asked about this team versus last year. He said he didn’t have to coach effort.
