Think we will see more turnovers with Trask but probably a bit better passing game.

Honestly, no one knows, all guesses at this point

The local leg-humper radio station in Athens has been call Kyle Trask "Trash". Just shows the wimpy puppies sound worried about either their team or our team I'm not sure which...asshats...

Translation: He's been playing extra patient with Jones' development. He can continue to be, just not to the same degree.

We're about to see some interesting stuff.

I don't think we see 'more' turnovers. Franks has 5 so far through 2 FBS games. I'm going to guess Trask doesn't average 2.5/game. Franks is a human turnover machine when he's not "on". I do think Trask will toss an INT or two though down the road...

Seriously tho'. What is going to be the acceptable INT to TD ratio for Krystal Trask?

The real question is will Mullen let him continue to throw down field on a regular basis, or will he revert to his read option/sideways passing game plan. If it’s the former, we could be in for something special. If it’s the latter. We’re probably looking at a train wreck coming.
You know GD well that stubborn SOB ain't gonna abandon the sideways passing game. Nothing will change in the play calling. He will continue the read option crap that gets squashed at the LOS and WR screens. I'd like to think the opposite but we all know the answer.

Yes, because its a part of the offense. That said, I’d imagine the ratio goes down, just like it did in the 4th quarter.

Trask won't fumble like Franks but I have a feeling Trask will attempt to make some throws that he just can't and they will lead to INTs...watching a few practice videos and seeing a couple throws against UK and the ones two weeks ago, Trask had the tendency to toss it up in double/triple coverage and or throw without seeing guys in coverage. The reads will be quicker and I think our quick to intermediate passing game will be better but I think we might have lost the long ball now.

I also think we are going to see why Trask wasn't starting. I have a slight feeling he can't read certain coverages all that well. Reason I'm going with this is that he fails to see safety help or LBs moving in coverage.

In the Kentucky game almost everything Trask did turned out to be good. What I want to see is how Trask reacts to adversity. When he throws an interception is he going to bounce right back or is he going to become gun shy and tense up? Franks could throw an interception then come right back and play like nothing ever happened and beat you.

And Franks could? I don't think he's read a single coverage during a play. Not once.

Think both struggle and can't do it but one has an arm that can take the top off the defense and is more mobile hence why he got the start. I want Trask to succeed as he is the starter now but I'm not going to let an emotional 4th quarter of play against the weakest secondary in the SEC dictate what I think he will happen.

I think at this point if we can finish with only three losses it will be a great year considering everything

It seemed to me that Trask was better at throwing timing routes than Franks. This makes receivers appear more open on TV than they actually are.

I picture Trask holding up that hideous golden Dr. Pepper trophy at the end of the season, a beatdown of Clemson at his hands. Confetti is falling everywhere....just picture it. The greatest story in the history of college football - a high school backup wins it all, getting game MVP in the process.

It would be the NCAA equivalent of Kurt Warner going from supermarket stock boy to Super Bowl MVP.
