You went to that Sugarbowl where Jerome Bettis broke half of our linebackers on the way to steamrolling the Gators, didn't you?
The irritating thing about that game is that if Matthews didn't party hard on bourbon street, he would've put that game out of reach by half time. Our WRs were 5-10 yrs past the secondary and Shane was underthrowing the deep ball. Ugh.

I was there. Spurrier knew kicking those field goals was a bad sign.

I’ve never liked anything about ND. Most over recognized, over hyped, and over rated team of the last 25 years. Really surprised they kept it close with UGA last night. I always root for ND to get trounced.

Not against the leghumpers. I'm not sure if there are any takeways from the film they put on yesterday for our game.

They struggled against the pass; particularly against deep crossing routes to the TE and sideline backshoulder passes. Trask hasn't shown the ability to hit those yet (it takes a lot of timing and familiarity), but if I were Mullen, that's something I'm starting them on doing right now.

ND didn't play all that bad tbh: they struggled to establish any run game, but were fairly effective through the air and on QB scrambles. If we have any chance to beat the leghumpers in one month, the game last night will look a lot like how we would play.

Our best bet against the Dwags is to make it an ugly game. Fortunately, we are extremely experienced in ugly games. Who knows - could happen!

Trask isn’t scrambling anywhere. He’s either gonna get time to throw or be a pancake.

Don’t know yet if he’s got the arm strength to deal with the top defensive speed and make the type of throws you mentioned.

He is a willing runner.

Throws harder than Spurrier.

We joke, but once Muschimp 5.0 brings home another 3 or 4 loss season, likely this year, the heat will be noticeable.
