Anything that calculates in the first year is BS. The question is what level will our program be at year 2 and beyond? And will that be greater than or equal to what Kirby has put on the field year 2 and on?

CDM may be better than Shart, but seeing as how he had his team in the Championship game, CDM has a high hill to climb to hold serve. Enjoy these numbers while you can.....

Outside of the Wyoming game, Missouri has been solid this year. And I still think UK is a solid football team. Missing Wilson hurts them bad, though. The rest is :kiffin:.
Read that back out loud and stop after you say “Wyoming game.” Effing Wyoming? Miss St is the fourth or fifth best team in the west and they manhandled UK, though the score was closer than maybe it shoulda been. Clearly we agree about UT, Vandy, and USCe. Other than Ugh and us do you see the east winning any games against the west? (And I see us splitting at best, tho I hope I’m wrong.)

Kirby unfortunately won an SECCG in his second year and went to the CFP. Don't see Mullen getting there this year with this roster. He needs to start crooting on a much higher level.

I’m sure whichever East teams play Arkansas or Ole Miss will win. Past that, football is football, so you never know.

Yeah that's awesome that he's got better stats the 1st 2 years but let's see who does better year 3-5. I also think it's funny recruiting was left out. I'm trying to like Mullen but as we beat a dead horse he has to pick it up in a major way recruiting. I'm not saying it can't happen but so far it's not impressive.

If Mullen wins an SEC championship this year, then I'll agree that Mullen is better than Smart. But comparing only the first 1.4 seasons without including head-to-head matchups and recruiting rankings isn't a complete analysis.

Let's be rill here, the only reason Shart won a "championship" is because Barn beat Bammer.
