The refusal to press killed us. No idea why we didn’t unless Grantham thought their WRs were better than our DBs.

You definitely know more, but I saw a lot of very bad tackling. Do you think it's a DL issue, a LB issue, or a S issue?

I rewatched the Chase TD. Wasn’t a rub route as i understand it (definitely could be wrong). Chase was inside and quickly crossed with the outside guy. The LB in coverage wasn’t paying attention and ran into CJ. I thought a rub route was when one of their guys “rubs” our DB or gets in the way so the CB has to adjust his path?

That’s fair but I’ve seen us do that too. Gotten Pitts loose with that a few times. Understanding that’s what you mean, we’ve definitely done it too. I’d definitely like to see more back-shoulder throws - we have been very successful with them.

LSU was running a yoyo (or Q) route with the outside receiver and a wheel with the inside guy. Saw the outside receiver actually try to grab the guy covering the wheel and actually got a hand on him.
The holding and PI (especially our last drive on 2nd or 3rd down) that was not called was devastating.
The hold on us was a hold but that had been going on all night.

There is a reason I gave him the moniker "Joe Lee Dunn Jr." when he arrived as DC at UF. Sorry to hear that your vision became impaired or blurred for a short period of time but hopefully it is now 20/20, crystal clear. If not, perhaps @EyeDocGator can help you out
