. Muschamp will try to get us to fight in a phone booth, but our offense already knows not to go there - because we can’t.
We cant but everyone onnthe planet knows if you show 2 high then Dan will run.

It is as easy as that.

38-21 Good Guys. The Chimp's charges put up a fight but Trask & Co are on, and the D shows up. Greenard and Zuniga are still gimpy so we give up more points than we should

I see it being a relatively high-scoring game too, with South Carolina keeping it close early, but the good guys pulling away starting in the early 3rd quarter.

The reason I'm fairly confident here is bc of Muschump. This is the kind of game he creams himself over: his bread and butter preferred way of playing is exactly how you would scheme to beat us. Our team strength at the moment is our strong passing offense...and how do you slow that down if you don't have a great defense? Keep the ball out of their hands and play a conservative, run-first offense. Especially when you're playing with a banged-up QB. Problem for South Carolina is that they don't have Bama-level talent to do that and their offense isn't great at keeping the ball and getting first downs. Grantham might be an idiot, but he knows how to stack the box and attack with blitzes. Our team might be fairly terrible at run D...but when you have numbers in the box, you have an advantage. The reason I think SC gets 21 points is because there will be the customary busted plays/crappy tackling for an easy score.

Go Gators...let's get back on track.

38-13

Trask beats off the cocks while thrusting his balls into the end zone 5 times. Our D will wrap up and minimize busts that could get us in long term trouble . Vegas will spread and we will dive right in for the cover

So disgusting but you def win!

I am going 34-17. Chumps will come in thinking they are unstoppable. Hopefully our D shows up. Hopefully our O line learns something this week. Hopefully Mullen doesn’t Mullen and take Trask out when he’s hot. Those things happen and I stand by my prediction.

Should my tie breaker equal my prediction? Hmmm...

34-12, Good guys.

We learned last year about getting beat twice from one game. And losing this year to Corndog is a whole lot different than losing to the Humpers last year. All of our realistic goals are still right there for us if we take care of business the rest of the way. And I agree with the posters above that say the Cocks shot their wad for the season last week. We come out steady and determined and this one is never really in doubt.

Chump's charges didn't beat the Puppies on their offense and were tremendously lucky to win at all. Even with their QB back, they don't have the offense to score on our defense. It will be wet, which could make Dan go a bit conservative, but I just don't see them outscoring us.

I say Gators 31, Chumps 13

I'm not going to make a prediction, I'm just going to say (and I'm being serious here) that anyone who cannot handle vitriol on sports message boards following these games needs to be able to simply log out and walk away, and come back in a day or two. Let's not have members quit the board forever like we did last week. Gatorchatter exists in part for venting, and there's going to be one hell of a lot of venting on Saturday.

This game was already going to be tough, the weather just made it tougher.

How about tossing a warning out there for those who can’t handle pushback when a poster doesn’t agree? Seen a bunch of that lately, especially from the one’s convinced the sky is falling.
