I know they're not well liked, and their opinions are not important, but, fwiw, they just picked us to win the east. Corso says we win out.

Turned it on to watch after seeing this and walked right into that Psu kid Matos’ story. Seems like a great family. That was brutal.

They only said it to rally other teams to take us more seriously. These three teams all believe they should bring home this year’s SEC East banner rather than us:

1) Dwags, because they are always delusional
2) Mizzeri, because they are all alone in 1st place in the East right now
3) Chumps, because they just beat the delusional Dwags

They just said it, I'm shocked.

Because of what happened last week, I really think our two toughest games don't include the puppies. I think the first is today - can our guys get mentally up to roast the Chickens? The second - the last team of Tigers. Our fans don't travel there, we've only won once their (Butters' 1st yr, last game for Grier), their stadium is sh^t (I don't know how much that matters, but on TV, the viewing angles are atrocious), and it's (at least on TV) generally an uninspiring atmosphere.

I think the 'Cocks today, and Mizzou on 11/16, are the two toughest games in the SEC left for us. Georgia will be tough, but if our guys can't get up for them, they can't get up for anyone. It's a mental thing.

Bama will torch LSWho
Been saying this for weeks. bama will win, i think itll be a good game, but bama will win. LSU has nearly zero defense. No offense to our offense (lol) but we arent nearly as good offensively as we looked last week despite the loss. LSU's defense is just really bad, like the worst theyve been in 10+ years. Not sure whats going on there bc they have the talent and Aranda is a very good coordinator but they are bad. Bama's O is much better than ours and much more physical, deep and balanced. In addition to tua and a plethora of excellent recievers, they have a serious oline and stud backs. Bama will score at will and while bama's defense isnt as good this year as it has been, its still pretty darn good. A hell of a lot better and deeper than ours. LSU will score, but it will be in the 20s, while bama will be in the high 30s to low 40s. Im expecting a similar score to what we just saw with them, except its LSU on the losing end.

to the OPs original point - corso picking us actually makes me feel good. In years past he was the kiss of death for us, but its been quite a while since then. Since about the 2006 LSU Florida game in the swamp where he bucked the conventional wisdom and Herbie, and picked us to win (we did and went on to win the BCS), he has been surprisingly accurate when picking in our favor. In addition, Herbie typically is down on Florida, but when he picks us, hes been very accurate. Both of them not only picking us to win today but to win out makes me feel great. It also drives a nail in the ESPN hates us BS that homers are always screaming. It's like ive said from the beginning, start giving analysts a reason to feel confident in you and they will. We finally are, and look whats happening.

The good news is that our recruiting wont need to improve , but we better hope our hype man savage is on point .

Desmond also picked us to win East.

We aren’t winning shiat unless we start playing some defense. Looking pretty pathetic so far against USC. How the eff our D lineman can line up offsides TWICE within a few snaps is puzzling. Sloppy and unprepared! No excuse for that.
