We are 2-2 in the early part of the season and can't hit a shot to save our life. The team and coaches all look lost. Is it to early to panic or is this what the team will look like all year? Will the poor shooting continue and we end up averaging 60 points a game? Can this team still make the NCAA tourney? Will we go something like 9-9 in the SEC again? Can this team get to 20 wins? Discuss!

NIT, but we'll get to at least the second round.

We will make a run in the tourney but it’s going to take about 18-20 games for this team to gel. Missing too many open looks right now but we did double our scoring in the 2nd half today.

We're 2-2 against 4 unranked teams who aren't very good. With the talent we have that's pathetic. 5 & 4 star kids come into college basketball every year and perform at a high level from Game 1. The idea that they need time to "adjust" to the college game is ludicrous. We have the talent and depth and the pre-season #6 raking confirms that everybody who knows anything about college basketball recognizes that. This team started the season with no idea of how they should or needed to play offense and they have played tentative as a result. There is no energy, no apparent leadership and no identity of what type of team this is and that's all on Mike White. I've been a White supporter and want him to succeed. But this is the year they should take a major step back to national prominence and the first 4 games gave a strong indication that he's in over his head. Hope I'm proven wrong, but there's too much talent, size and flexibility on this team to be playing as poorly as they have in every game so far.

White doesn't seem to know enough to coach a team with "bigs". Who's gonna teach a big clearing out, protecting their inside area poking their butts out = the jutt butt? In the U Conn game, we had no pattern of movement close-in with pressing for a score. You could see our kids had a brain implant telling them to pretend to work it towards the basket but hurry and get to the perimeter to put it up. Long shots were taken with no teammates near the basket = no rebound, no put-back. Ineffective coaching.

White's style of defensive basketball leaves us without offense. I've always been a supporter and saw his style as uptempo with guys free to jack it up at any time. But really, I've been deluded. Not even I can pump any more shine Mike White's way until he starts stacking W's. What a waste of some of the best talent we've ever assembled in Basketball. We'll see what the season brings. I'll keep watching, but geez, we suck at buckets. Again.

Welcome to the dark side Samlam
As you know I am a long time gator basketball season ticket holder and supporter but I try to stay objective about what I am seeing

This may be an exaggeration but I see a lot of McElwain in White’s program right now and he doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency to solve the problems. Even the national media is attacking him but what’s worse is even they can see the problems and the solutions

I sure hope to be laughing at this post in a couple of months but so far..........

Yea I still have hope but it’s dwindling quickly. Gotta think our “sharp shooters” Locke and Mann won’t continue to brick open 3s. If they start shooting at a respectable clip I think we’ll be fine

Florida has been poor offensively, to say the least. Their 62.5 points per game ranks 313th of 353 qualifying college teams, unsurprisingly (and more importantly) standing alone at the bottom of the SEC. The Gators are shooting 38.4% from the floor, and a miserable 24.1% from beyond the arc.

After the last two football coaches, I will not put my mental or physical health in peril again watching a UF team whose coach just sucks.

This dude sucks and he hasn't a clue how to fix this. Too much talent to play this ****ty.
