I said it last year and I’ll say it again here...there is not one player under White who has improved from year to year...and it’s more like they are regressing. We need to get back to a faster pace and let the athletes play. Not this bull**** pick n roll around the perimeter until the shot clock runs out

Thanx for posting but there is nothing but fluff in there: "Guys who usually make shots, missing them and vice versa"..

White saying we will figure it out. It is a joke. Forget about the scoreboard and shooting %'s etc. When UF has the ball on offense, watch everything but the ball. And after the first pass is made you will see virtually no player movement, none. It has been like that for years. And when the opponent has the ball watch their offense off the ball and see what they are doing. I know that Townson State for the Legally Blind had lots of player movement. If you want to put Nemby in the low post fine, but as soon as he gets it, you should be running off the ball screens with one guy creating an angle for an open jump shot and then maybe the screener making a rim run, just as a couple of examples. Instead you will see 4 guys standing behind the arc watching. JFC I would be happy if they came into the halfcourt and ran a pass and pick away motion offense for 30 seconds and never took a shot. It would at least show me that the guys are capable of having movement on offense and that Mike has either seen the obvious or someone brought it to his attention. Obviously his shytty assistants can't see it so maybe he will come onto GatorChatter and figure it out.

Is White gonna waste all these high potential athletes? Will some of these guys peg him right and transfer?
We've finally acquired tall basketball players. Maybe a good coach could lead 6'11" Jitoboh into being like Richards was on our nc teams.
With proper coaching, Omar Payne could dominate inside, especially in tandem with Blackshear helping.
White plagues us with this question year after year = is our ceiling the hobbit ceiling of White?

U Conn had a player averaging 21.4 ppg. Will we ever have a scorer like that. Nembhard played all summer against good competitions, yet he's playing worse than last year, - 3 games so far but still we saw lots to brag about Nembhard even as a raw freshman. In 3 games zero to brag about?

UConn is meh, which means they win easily, b/c florida is :bananaburn:
Yeah, another group of kids that can't shoot. They played fairly well on defense but can't shoot from the outside or inside. I'm not sure how good the coaching is, to tell the truth. Oh, did I mention that they can't shoot free throws either.

I hate to admit it, but if Mike White can't get it done this year, it's time for him to go.

Maybe White uses offensive possessions to rest his guys up so they have the energy to play the aggressive defense he likes.

We have to play St Joes next. They already beat UCONN earlier this season so is that a sure loss? Seems like its going to be since this team shoots so poorly. Will this team continue to shoot poorly all year? Will we average 62 points a game the entire year? 4 games in, it looks like all hope is lost. Can they nut up and hit some shots and win some games? We are out of the top 25 now so maybe that will be good and people will forget about us. Only time will tell.
