He has the unmitigated gall to draw comparisons to Spurrier and to claim he'll take them to heights Spurrier never achieved. I'm waiting for SC to erect a Spurrier statue thanking him for a run they'll never seen again. They can follow that up with another monument, a headstone, with the inscription "Here lies the SC football program after Will Lawrence Muschamp destroyed it. RIP."

4 total TDs in 3 games.

And he’s found his new shtick. Just like the “we won 11 games last year“, his new one is “we’ve won more games here in the first three years than anyone else”. He’s peppered it into multiple press conferences including after yesterday’s game.

Fans on their board are already commenting on the sense of entitlement and arrogance he’s projecting, which is baffling given the circumstances.

He should be kicked out of football forever. He’s a disease.
I've never gotten the feeling that you cared much for that man.

Has anyone manufactured more coachspeak BS from their lips than Will Muschamp? God, he’s annoying.

True, but it'll be in the Sun Belt and I thoroughly look forward to future threads of "Muschamp's Coastal Carolina lost by 56, but won time of possession by 40 minutes."

I dare you to say you don't have an ear to ear grin even contemplating it.

I’ll go ahead and start the “Coastal Carolina is in shambles” thread tonight just so we get a jump on things.

A big 12 team will hire him to fix the defense and they will turn into the lowest scoring team in the conference. After he accomplishes that he will be head coach at Arkansas State

Adding them to the list of schools he bilked out of millions through fraudulent means.

Hey, it pays very well and he’s mastered the art of how the game is played. Not the football game, rather the game of feathering his nest with tens of millions of $$$ despite doing a terrible job.

He has the unmitigated gall to draw comparisons to Spurrier and to claim he'll take them to heights Spurrier never achieved.

Muschamp was quoted in the article as saying
I plan on taking this program where it hasn’t really ever been before. I really do plan on doing it.”

Notice he didn’t use the word “heights”.

I can only assume he plans on leading USC to an 0-12 season...and nobody at USC will have a reason to gripe because he’s publicly proclaimed what he plans to do.

Do they expect him to say that he's planning to continue dragging another program into the toilet?

No but they should expect that very result...he’s done that before at UF so it’s not a secret. The fact that he came out and publicly stated his intentions of what he plans to do at USC is the biggest surprise. If they keep him employed at this point they have no room to biaatch when he puts up a goose egg in the W column next year.

Butters didn't have as much coachspeak bs, per se, it was just the corny ass "purdy kewl" musings about his time at Montana Directional Technical College that were so damned stupid.

I can at least listen to a muschamp post game at cock land and laugh at them hiring him despite I am being a 4- 8 coach at UF. His nonsensical babbles (overcoming adversity) and his just hilarious stress reaction of going into x and o's (do you even know midline) is like clockwork. He has destroyed every team he's touched even as a coordinator. Saban was right on to demote/ fire him.

I seriously can't listen to 10 seconds of Butters. I'm afraid I can lower my IQ.

What kind of fccking idiot interviews those two people and hires them?

I had some somewhat limited interactions with the Fooley back in the day. Usually at the student Union when I would be sitting with a close friend (who used to work in the AD's office) for lunch or coffee or whatever. Fooley would stop every time he saw my friend, sometimes stay 10 minutes, making small talk, asking about school, etcetera. I was always impressed a how a guy with such limited faculties could have risen to such a position.

We both know the answer to that question.

I’m still hopeful he gets involved in some type of scam featured on American Greed, loses it all, forecloses on the house and the next time we see him it’s a mugshot picture below a headline that reads “Angry UPS Driver Loses Cool and Punches Ice Cream Man Over Melted Strawberry Shortcake Bar”.
That's harsh, considering he's already married to a tranny. I pity the dude for having to go to bed with a dck. I just hope, for his sake, that he's the top, not the bottom.

Fooley hired Zook to replace Spurrier.
The conversation should've ended there.

Borrowed from another board: a timeline of South Carolina's 2019 debacle:

Opening game loss to UNC (after being an 8 point favorite), then...

1) South Carolina gets beat by 20 by Tennessee and people start to get on edge after the Georgia win high subsides

2) they beat a bad vandy team with a backup Qb

3) they lose to a solid app state team while putting up basically no yards

4) muschamp gives a statement that the offensive staff is not being shaken up at all

5) tanner puts out a vote of confidence for muschamp amid growing media scrutiny

6) an article comes out saying that a powerful BOT member is actively recruiting an ex Carolina player and current AD to become the next AD and is trying to get other BOT members on board

7) president Calsen has an interview saying the administration has talked to FSU about how they managed the their buyout.

8) president calsen backtracks on statement

9) media source reviews tapes and sticks to their story that calsen said what he said
