Unfortunately or fortunately, I'll be watching from Puerto Rico, but I will get a trip to Vegas out of this bowl season, since the wife is a UW grad, and they're playing Boise State in the Vegas bowl

Thanks man for realizing not to take you seriously and further engage. It’s getting late. Your heart is in the right place. But you’re a weird dude for picking this specific battle.
It's what he does. That's his thing.

I mean, to be honest, I'm happy with this bowl matchup. Is it a premier matchup like last year was? No. However, it is still the Orange Bowl. The brand of this bowl holds some weight to it. A Peach Bowl and an Orange Bowl win in back to back years? That sounds pretty good to me. I don't care who it's against. Also, it feels like this progress is REAL. With MacElwain, you knew the East was pitiful and that the defensive talent could keep the team in any game. This feels like true progress. I'm so excited to finally have TWO QB's on the roster that are truly talented and well coached.

We would have some people share that particular sentiment, yes.

Im honestly ready to just get early signing day over n get this bowl done...I wish I could enjoy more of this without feeling a melancholy left over from the past

What is the over/under on actual in-person attendance, 35,000? It will look like a scUM home game. Nobody will want to shell out major coin to watch a glorified scrimmage, and definitely not the god awful halftime, where Up With People became famous.:puke:

Crete's general sentiment I agree with - why do so many people seem happy to be playing a bad team as some kind of reward for a good season? I don't get it.

I can't imagine anyone is "happy" about it. I personally would prefer the Sugar Bowl and Baylor. But it is what it is. Either piss and moan about it or recognize that there are some advantages such as playing in a recruit rich area in our backyard. May not amount to crap but the only way it could hurt is if UVA beats us. Pumper versus dumper.

See this I don’t get. Why would they ever run a discount special on such products? Are they trying to drum up business and get people to take care of a natural occurrence? Is there a concern at corporate that periods are becoming less frequent, or that women are starting to just let it roll with little to no concern for their appearance? I just don’t see the need to concede at all here.
You’ve never priced tampons. Although I will say I stick to a specific brand, but if they’re on sale I’m excited.

3 posts about them is hardly spirited.

I’ll turn the thread back over to Crete’s b!tching for you.
I’m just sad my post on tampon market dynamics didn’t get more run. It was more informative than anything Crete has ever posted to this site.
