Saliva guitarist Wayne Swinny has passed away from a spontaneous brain hemmorage. Thoughts & Prayers to the band and their families. Saliva's lead vocalist grew up in Jacksonville. The band just played Main Street Daytona for Bike Week.- Spectator

This save... CRAZY. Then a bike blew up at 170mph right in front of him, and he won the race. I enjoyed a few days of watching these bikes up close at 170mph from my station on the backstretch.- Spectator

Hobby distilling?
Josh Owens of 'Moonshiners' tv show got busted up pretty bad last Sat. at New Smyrna Speedway. He was racing a vintage bike in 'Sons of Speed' put on by custom bike builder Billy Lane. Shame on everyone involved for the lack of ANY safety measures on track. Not even hay bales.- Spectator
