    Which DCs who are realistic options would be on your list? Off of the top of my head: Charlie Strong might get fired by USF. He is a strong recruiter, proven DC, has ties to UF and Mullen, and he would be a long time hire. Derek Mason could get fired by Vandy. He is a great DC. I am not sure...

    If Mac gets fired next year who would you hire?

    Or fired this year (unlikely this year). Who would you go after? My choices are: *Tom Herman: grandslam hire (if he doesn't bolt for an elite job like Texas or lsu this year)... Which is unlikely as Texas will probably fire strong and get Herman after the season ends. He beats the likes...

    How good are our coaches at coaching?

    There is a lot of fuss from some fans on their recruiting ability. Personally I think they evaluate really well and recruit well but I'd like to replace Nord and Summers with elite recruiters, but I think as they display more and more success on the field they will become even better...
