Antique is a higher proof but I think is around 6-7 years old. I prefer the 12 because I like a lot of oak influence. Some people like the antique better because of the extra proof.- gooneygoogoo

I really like it. Way more than the regular makers cask strength. It was a gift shop only release a couple years ago but now that they do the Makers Private selections (which are effing amazing by the way) you see all sorts of combos, one of which is basically makers 46 CS- gooneygoogoo
