We have known we had a Gator in the neighborhood ponds here in north Alabama for a year or two, but we never saw it until today.
It is probably 6-8 feet long, just guessing.
The Gators ran, blocked, tackled, and caught the ball pretty well. Good enough to beat Michigan in the Peach Bowl. It was a fun day. Seems like 15 years ago now.

The way recruiting is going, the Gators should have some good years ahead. If you don't like Mac, I think you will have to live with him for about 10 years at least.
I don't think they have to win the SEC for Florida to keep him around. What do you think?
