Those recruits we get will get developed like never before.
With all that, I can ride out the delayed arrival of multiple 4* 5* recruits..
All I hear is more bullshyt and excuses.... like McElstain never left.

FSU coaches aren’t hosting visitors this weekend so the coaching staff can watch committed players play. Last weekend before early signing period. Can’t make this lack of common sense up. God taggelwain is a dumbass

Contact period
The most wide-open time. During this time, coaches can visit with prospects and families regardless of location. In-person contact is permitted once per week. Note that a coach cannot visit a school multiple times in one week if it has more than one prospect. Electronic and written communications are also permitted.
This is when tales of coaches praising Mama's cooking are born, during in-home visits.

Quiet Period
The quiet period tightens things a bit more, preventing any off-campus contact or viewing. Visits to the college's campus and written or electronic communications are still permitted.
Coaches often try to have prospects visit campus unofficially during this time in the spring and early summer, so that they can become familiar with campus.

Dead period
The dead period is the most restrictive. No in-person contact is allowed, even if a prospect makes a visit to the college campus. Written and electronic communications are still permitted.
And yet, prospects still do decide to commit to schools in late December and early January, often because they've considered all their options, taken all their visits, and are ready to pull the trigger.

ESD is the 20th?

They have 7 scholarship LBs with Adonis Thomas transferring and the one guy (Kalen DeLoach) they have committed in this class is rumored to be going elsewhere. Their LB core is worse than ours if that is possible. This guy is a glorious train wreck.

So they have next weekend. But not utilizing the two weeks is retarded.

Just food for thought:

We've recruited like what 15 or 16 over that period? Problem is that in the SEC it probably means 6-7 teams have out recruited us over that period. Clemson and OK don't have that problem in their conferences, I'm sure maybe only one team in each of their conferences recruited better than them. Will Miles said in one of the podcasts that you really need to be recruiting top 3 in your own conference to have a chance to win it, and play for bigger things. Top 3 in the SEC ain't happening this year for Mullen, and hasn't happened for 4-5 years I would guess. Just shows from a talent level, how far behind a lot of the teams in SEC we are.
