Didn’t Black say he would step in at safety initially and then, if he added weight, move forward to LB?

It would be sweet to see a guy with a LB mentality and WR athleticism taking heads at, I would assume, Strong Safety for a bit before he bulks up as an upper class man.

Someone sent me a copy and paste earlier, he didn't say exactly.....but if we get him and Elam we're in good shape. I think we also get one more, maybe Johnny Dixon?

If he is fast enough, it would be really nice for us to have one of those 210-220 lb run stopping, head hunting safeties that Trailerbammer and Corndog always seem to have.

Of course Burney is close to that also. Nice combo and a definite step up from our questionable talent we currently have at safety.

Listed at 6-6, 250 pounds, a 4-star prospect as well as the No. 1 player out of Minnesota (where he played high school football), No. 1 JUCO weak-side defensive end and No. 1 JUCO recruit in the 2019 class.
