Agree. If he's 6'5 255 as a true freshman moving like that, impressive. Unfortunately they'll bench him for a 220lb "WDE".
He certainly looks every bit of 255. That is no Dwagchoker 195lb special there.

@ltraz correct me if I am wrong but those are not complete front squats. Shouldn’t he be going further down - breaking 90? I ask because I wonder if his knee is affecting him - either physically (pain) or mentally (scared to break 90).

If that was the case, he should be going alot lighter and lower. So my guess is his rehab is completed

Huh, thought only the last one broke it. But a PT I know said that stopping at 90 was worst case - it places maximum stress on the knee joints. Less than 90, you do not engage the muscles fully but more than 90 is the best of both worlds unless you go too far.

Our high school weight training/OL coach always would place a milk crate under everyone's ass doing squats. If you didn't touch the milk crate (about 14 inches high) it didn't count. I always thought that was stupid as hell.
