Thanks Berny but that really doesn't help me understand, still blurry. So, we can only take 11 more in February?

According to that and assuming none of the guys in the portal return, we can sign 12 more inclusive of NSD and the portal.

We could always have more guys leave to create space.

I've also heard that guys taking an extra covid year might not count against the 85, but I haven't seen that officially anywhere.

Given the size of our roster, that is actually fairly small number of people leaving, and some of them are completely irrelevant. I would think a couple could also come back, but then again their could be more leaving. I would like to see the number of transfers in the first year of previous UF coaches.

I thought the max per class in the SEC was 25? Texas A&M signed 26 yesterday and they still have 1 committed and 3 more CB’d to them.

i think that total roster is the most important number. There’s only something like 80 schollies. But Covid has thrown a wrench into that. I’m sure there are teams with 100+ now.
