Our largest Edge/SDE looks to be 270 if lining up across 310lb OTs?

270 is ok at SDE. 285 ish would be better ut the right guy can do it at 270 on run downs.

I'm not really worried about end. We have plenty of ecent experienced talent there. Not Meyer, SOS or even Muschimp talent, but we have talent.

DT is where Im afraid we get gashed. It'll be pretty obvious if they're running up the middle with ease and the linebackers who played so well last year are getting pancaked by guards.

With money, the objective dialogue, and low hanging negative recruiting any half-ass recruiter can use against Napier and his staff, it's not surprising. Even after a relatively bright season this entire staff cannot have a few recruits, some OL/DL by now? Yes, we will be half full by mid season- barring on-field catastrophes- but the rest of the SEC will be all but full.

Will the in-game confusion still exist? Will we have a two minute offense finally?

9-10 would justify the notion that Napier can win big. 8 is my number for recruiting purposes. Absent an incredible NIL pool, fewer than 8 and imo players aren't going to want to come here.

Napier will forever be behind in recruiting until he's off the "hot seat." He'll need at least one playoff win or SEC championship for that to happen.

I'm not saying he'll be fired if he doesn't win the SEC or a playoff game. That's simply what he needs to accomplish to quiet the noise imo.

There are a number of lower level SEC coaches and fsu out recruiting us. After a 2-10 season, how could fsu out recruit us? To me, it's not hot seat, but more lack of direction and focus from our HC to his Assistants and Support structure. Eight of fsu's nine are Florida players.

Was thinking out loud. Would an academically qualified 4 star OL choose Miss St over UF, fsu, scUM, Auburn or Tennessee? I doubt it. It's not even a good school to pick to play the "pay me or lose me" NIL game.

Exactly. Things have changed. Grades and loyalty are a thing of the past. Pay me or screw you is the future. Like it or dont thats where we are. I said the very day I heard of NIL that it was the downfall of college football and I and millions of others were right. I hate what its turned into and it is going to get worse before it gets better.

I just had to look....
Dude he's getting his clock cleaned by Bert....I'm not even sure when the last time Illinois was able to fill their roster or even get a legitimate 3 star recruit but somehow he has 6 recruits from the state of Florida including four 4 stars.....That's 6 kids from the sunshine state that would rather go to a basketball school and play in the freezing cold than watch paint dry playing for Karl. You can't even make this stuff up...

Oops they have 3 look at Rivals...We have sh!t....87th. What a joke, UCF, FSU, USF, hell I even think FAU is ahead of UF...And don't give me any "oh, it's early" sh!t either.....UF should never drop out of the top 15-20 at any point during a bad recruiting year

Don't hate on me dude, it's not my fault were being out recruited IN OUR OWN STATE by the 14th most desirable school in the BIG10.....let that sink in for a second. And the guy responsible makes a cool 8-9 million a year?
