No, I wouldn't be okay with a 4-8 season at UF, no matter the circumstances and regardless of whatever dumpster fire a guy inherited. If we go 4-8 next year it would look very bad for Mac.

However, I feel confident that's not going to happen. Not even close.

It ain't happening. We may have another 7-6 or 8-5 type year due to a young and thin O-Line, but 4-8 ain't happening. The state of Florida produces too much talent to lose to the likes of Vandy and GSU with even a remotely competent HC.

It's his first year and unless we get something out of the offensive line we will probably struggle a bit. I like everybody's confidence and like I said I like the hire. Does he get a second year if he ends up at 4-8 though ?
