I remember when they scored the TD on the opening kickoff instead of a feeling of dread I got a feeling that we would win. Not sure why that was, but it gave me a good feeling.

I bought 2 tix online from a dipsh!t buckeye fan selling 2 of his 4, sat next to him. He was screaming obnoxiously after that, was testing my patience for a minute.

But to actually make the play and it be a hard hit on the opposing QB? He would’ve been escorted from the stadium, arrested on the spot and had all assets frozen.

I’ve mentioned this before, but I actually sent a text to my two best friends the second after the KO return that said, “Now I know we win big”. One of them kept it for years and would resend it from time to time for a laugh.
I also saw a shirt that read, “The 82 Yards of Total Offense”. Thought that was pretty good as well but couldn’t find one.

The opening kickoff TD should have never happened either because Reggie Nelson was blatantly held on the play.....but a glorious evening nonetheless....probably Leak's best all around game and the best defensive performance in a championship game I've ever seen

This loudmouth cocsucher was/is the local ESPN radio guy and the week leading up to the game made the comment that the SEC was the most overrated conf in CFB and that UF had no business even getting off the bus in the same parking lot as pOSU. Of course I called in and let him know that I'd be calling back in on Tuesday and would he agree to a public apology on air to me "when" we won. He laughed and promised he would take my call because "it's not a call I expect to have to answer anyway, the Gators are gonna get curb stomped". He wouldn't take my call! Yeah.....dead ringer to Jaba the Hut
