Gerald Chatman seems to have improved some since coming over from Tulane. According to floridagators.com he only ranked 8th in the COUNTY with the Green Wave, and tied for 22nd in sacks!

GNFP noted individual technique was good, edge discipline was mostly sound, and we simulated pressure instead of ever blitzing.

Four guys were consistently getting it done especially in the second half. It allowed for extra bodies in coverage leading to sacks.

They still hurt us with certain routes and checkdowns. And though they hit us with some chunk plays on the ground it was nothing like the pathetic attempts at stopping the run we have occasionally put up vs them in the past.

A big reason we should be going crazy on the recruiting trail with the crop of CBs coming out of Florida this year. So many highly rated players at this position and we only have the one legacy commit with Hanks. Inexcusable.
