I don't care much about the so called "culture" of our fans. The HBC is a top manager of the team and as such his skill set better be as a great picker of talent (both players and assistants). It is a plus if he can bring coaching to the table, but less than management and judgement. After all he decided when to do something with high risk reward, but most don't directly coach players especially during the game. I want wins, and not close ones against teams that we should dominate, I don't care how we get there, but I know we need a better offense than we have seen in years to get what I want. A good OC and some great players will be sufficient. We also need Defense and special teams to be a complete team, and without a complete team we don't get where we want to be.
