Louisiana used to add if the child is under 16 if there is a 3 year age difference it's rape.

Wasn't too long the age in GA was 14.
But yeah I always thought that there were gap laws. Like can't be more than 2-3 years difference.

I think in Alabama the age of consent is 16 and under that age the two kids can't be greater than 2 years difference in age. Above 16 pretty much anything goes as long as the "adult" doesn't have authoritative control over the child, i.e. a school teacher where the kid goes or something similar. IMO the age of consent should be 18 at the very least but for some reason, the pedophiles that make those laws never consult with me...
