I know most don't care about non-revenue sports, but I had to mention this because Coach Mouse is a special coach.

The men's track team brought home another SEC championship (indoor track), and it wasn't even close. Marquis Dendy, who took the long and triple, is carrying on the tradition of UF as a great long/triple jump school. He also became the first guy since 92-94 to grab 3 indoor long jump championships.

A great job by the women who finished 2nd. UF now has 15 indoor SEC track championships (7 for men, 8 for women).

We blame Foley for this, right?

In seriousness, kudos to the team and the coaching staff. Yet another reason it's great - to be - a - Florida Gator!

No TV = no interest. No promotion. Professional track and field thrives in Europe. Can you imagine if "T & F" got as much
promotion as soccer ?

Wide World of Sports used to keep track relevant.

Yes I bet there will be several more with spring sports being very strong for us. Most of the coverage is at the Sun and I hesitate to post links, but perhaps I should start some threads about the woman's sports that we are quite good at.

Some people say it's smarter to come up with the bad plan to begin with, than to fix the bad plan somebody else came up with. Just saying, there's a reason engineers make more than technicians...

Then to change your bad sentence around...

Why do engineers get paid more to come up with the originally bad plan while technicians, who fix the badly engineered design, get paid less because they install the better design on their own? :dunno:

As a former Engineer, I resemble that remark.
