I believe both COVID itself and the COVID vaccine can cause heart problems. I believe there is/will be a spike in things like myocarditis as a result.

That said, “on field heart attacks and deaths” is such a narrow category that it’s hard to imagine there is any sort of valid study supporting your assertion.

I find the fact that so many of these guys dropping are soccer players a bit sus. Shouldn't we expect the natural progression for guys who constantly fake injuries is to start faking their own deaths? All very predictable……..

The cardiologist was asked if it was wise for him to resume his career. The doc said that the hit to his chest was a one in a bazillion type of play - he’s good to go.

I can't imagine that you would ever play with the same intensity after going through a big event like that.
It has to be life changing and you would never tackle the same way again.
