I think his biggest advantage is DEPTH. Many teams field 4* and 5* players...How many teams have a 4*- 3rd string?

4* and 5* depth lets the coaches sit players who are not doing what is wanted or expected. We've kept playing OL who whiff repeatedly, and safeties who lose coverage, etc, because the next guy up is just at a lower tier. The coaches know it, and the players know it.

It also allows more substitutions in Qtrs 1,2 and 3, so your guys are fresher in Q4 than the opposition which doesn't have that same opportunity.

Better ingredients make better pizza. You need cooks (er, coaches) too, of course.

This is a good 1 minute from Josh Pate:

SPOT ON...I know several UGA Fans...Who hated to see Mullen go...Really hated to see Grantham go...

And the ones here in Louisiana...NONE wanted to see Napier in the SEC...Especially Florida.

Pretty much sums it up...but I know we are all waiting for that coach the game part because, for me at least, that is the only question left to how successful Napier will be at Florida. However, that question isn't very scary with the staff he has put together. Also, I read somewhere that we are going to end up with a 70+ staffers when he is done.

We'll know once the 2023 class signs. If it's a top 5, we know we have something. If he struggles to crack the top 10 (landing a similar class as what Mullen landed at 9) I'll be concerned. But for now, he's putting all the pieces in place.

It's gonna be a top 5 class. Ill bet my board membership on it. Relationships and relentlessness throughout the full year period is what it takes. And that's exactly what he's about and demands.

Flip the Nap-switch to in-game performance that includes respect for Gator-new practice regimen & spirit (that's a reflection of player belief.)
Players' beliefs will fuel the Napier stampede. Just grind it out the Napier way and continue to pull in better players to go with it all.

I know this won't be any of Nap's driving motivation, but his solid success is about to show us & all how sabotaging Mullen-tech was. Mullen should face oblivion "for cause".

As far as recruiting, I dont see any reason why we won't based on what has happened thus far. I was talking more about the ultimate measurement of the field.
