Found out Sling Blade ain't the second coming, hopefully he keeps the recruiting going strong. He needs to figure out our offensive identity, AR doesn't need to be throwing the ball 35 times ever.

What would you rather him have said? I'd rather him not sugar coat it. Say "we screwed up" and move on. Now he's gotta learn from it

I agree that his only chance to compete for chips is to recruit at the very top of the rankings like Shart did.

But not sure what evidence there is that he is going to be able to do that. Basically we will know what we have with this next class. I am unfortunately not part of the "we" that thinks he's going to be fighting with Bama, the dwags, pOSU, aTm for the top class. And now USC is going to be a major player and probably won the new coach game last year.

In other words it's more likely we are fooked than serious contenders.
