I had know about 3D printed arms for people who need them. A child got one make up to look like Iron Man's and that got me thinking. The child was quite composed for a 7 year old, I was very impressed.

Not others should be using 3D printers to do this for everyone who could benefit from it.

Zach Hodskins has a similar issue with his hand so perhaps he could get such an arm. If he got one could he use it in a game? Could it be special to assist in his play? Bloviate!!

Looks like they've taken the video down. Cool idea. That's an interesting question you pose about the legality of competition sports and mechanical prosthetic limbs.

Very cool. Bionic hand like Luke Skywalker. I'm sure people would complain that it would give him an unfair advantage like Pistorius and his blades (which was ridiculous because he never came close to top notch world or olympic champ times.)

It is further up than Skywalker's. I don't really think you could dribble with it but if it was long enough dunking might be possible.

This one works but of course there is an ad. Him getting it is near the end.

Enjoy!!

You would really have to stay on top of it. A lot of specialists were claiming that South African guy that killed his G/F was getting an advantage at the end when he competed and would have been a little slower even if he had his real legs.

Pistorious even started complaining about another's blades when he lost later on saying they were better than his due to length or something.

You are welcome we have a local organization that prints things in 3D I probably should try to get them to do this. Just think of the impact on an individual and the cost is so low. Tech reduces some jobs but opens the world for some in ways that make it all worth while.
