What’s up, people?

Gator lifer here. New to the board, not new to boards (ask Layla…).

My vantage point this past Saturday. The Swamp was buzzing. Best feeling I’ve seen there since Tate Casey caught Tebow’s jump pass back in ‘06.

Don’t know the ceiling, but Napier has turned the corner. I wanted his ass out about a month ago. Still not convinced he’s going to win big, but I’ll take this over the misery…

No doubt, Napier has managed to bring some positivity back to the program.
The Swamp was rocking last Saturday. Those are both very good things.
Hell, Even recruiting has ticked up a few notches. Still very weak, but, not in the 50's.

This is where I'm at though.
I've seen all this before.

I've bought in before. I know this guy is a damn idiot.
Would anyone on this board really be all that surprised if we lay an egg in Tallahassee and walk off Zook field with a humiliating loss?

Surprised? Nope.

If there is a difference, it’s Lagway. That dude has an IT factor. I think the turnaround has much more to do with the players buying in to HIM as opposed to the coaches. He’s leveled up the play of the entire team.

Still, in close games Napier will no doubt be outwitted. That’s my hesitation. UF should never settle for 9-3 seasons but that might be the ceiling with Napier. Maybe he can figure to not have 14 kids rush out for extra point attempts? Not convinced…

“9-3.”

Sounds like a dream or an unattainable goal right now. But who knows if we beat F$U and win the bowl game what that’ll lead to?
